The IP scanner records hosts, open ports, MAC (ARP correlation) and OS – even in networks the Ordivis server does not route.
The scan batch goes to Ordivis Platform over HTTPS via the connector – authenticated by an integration token, idempotent, with an offline outbox for later.
In Ordivis Platform the findings arrive unconfirmed; an admin confirms them into a configuration item. Verifiable instead of adopted blindly.
