Placeholder – before going live, replace with a privacy policy that complies with the GDPR (agreed with a data protection officer or lawyer where appropriate).
The controller for the processing of data on this website is Christian Grams (Grams IT), Mittelstraße 18, 34277 Fuldabrück, Germany, support@ordivis.eu.
If you send us enquiries through the forms (contact, trial), we store your details, including the contact data you provide there, in order to handle the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits automatically (browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time of the request, IP address). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
No cookies are required to operate the website itself. We store only your decision on audience measurement (see point 5) locally in your browser, so that we do not have to ask you again on every visit. This storage is strictly necessary in order to provide the service you have expressly requested (§ 25(2)(2) TDDDG, the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) and is not transmitted to third parties.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which content on this website is used and where it needs improving. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; processing by Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out.
Only with your consent. Until you have consented, Google Analytics is not loaded – so no connection to Google is established, no cookie is set and no identifier is assigned. The website is fully usable without your consent; declining costs you one click, exactly as consenting does. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG.
If you give your consent, Google processes on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR) information about the pages accessed, the device and browser used and your truncated IP address. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses. Protection equivalent to the European level cannot be guaranteed there in every case – which is another reason we leave the decision to you.
Withdraw at any time. You can change your decision without disadvantage; the withdrawal takes effect for the future. The „cookie settings“ button at the bottom of every page opens the prompt again – or directly here:
You have the right at any time to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You may withdraw a consent given at any time (see point 5).
The data collected via the website is not disclosed to third parties without your consent unless there is a legal obligation to do so. The only disclosure that comes into question at all is the audience measurement described under point 5 – and that takes place solely if you have consented to it.
Points 1 to 7 concern this website. The Ordivis Platform itself runs on your own servers; your operational data is not processed by us. At three points, processing by us nevertheless takes place — licence activation, delivery of push notifications to the Android app, and support. Exactly which those are, which sub-processors are involved and what is recorded is set out in full under Sub-processors and data processing.
